Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks is co-written by the mother-son team Beth Steinberg and Natan Skop.

Some of the older posts here are from blogs we’ve migrated here, including “Cooking Without a Parachute/Freefall Cooking”, “Ice Cream, etc” and Beth’s personal blog.

Beth co-founded and runs Shutaf, inclusion programs for children and teens with special needs. Beth is also a writer and internet content developer with a team called The Honey. She directs local community theater with a group called Theater in the Rough, specializing in experiential productions performed out of doors.

Natan is a founding member of Theater in the Rough, an group of community minded actors dedicated to bringing quality, affordable theatrical experiences to the Jerusalem audience. Natan also works as a freelance web programmer, and writes about food (mainly ice cream) in his spare time.
Influences: David Leibowitz’s The Perfect Scoop, Editors of Cook’s Illustrated Magazine’s The Best Recipe,  Viana La Place’s Desserts and Sweet Snacks, and most of all my parents.
